Procedures of Teaching

a.       Students do the greeting and pray together.
b.      Students’ attendance checked by teacher
c.       The teacher reviews the last material/ topics
d.      Teacher gives motivational activity to guide to the next topic.
e.       The teacher explains about topics and ask to students
f.       Students discuss about the task given by teacher or problem solving
g.      Students deliver their result in front of class
h.      Students answer the question
i.        Students gives feedback of other students performance
j.        Students valuing lesson and intergrated to their real life

Time Management and Organizing Activities

a.       10 minutes for preliminary activities (greetings, pray, review, motivation activity).
b.      30 minutes for developmental activities (teacher’s explanation, discussion, problem solving, presentation of students).
c.       10 minutes for evaluation (assesment, quiz)
d.      10 minutes for conclusion and valuing from the lesson.

Explaining Material

Problem-solving

            The teacher give a question of  problem and students make high thinking to solve it. The question is related to the topic learn that the answer is explicitly in the lesson.

Classroom Management

            The teacher needs to find out students characteristic in everyclass before choosing the strategy or method to be implemented. However, the activity needs to have same goals because the classes must have equal achievement. Moreover, the teacher herself needs to manage the class well, such as power of voice, handling students, responsive in mentoring, facilitate in guiding, and deliver material and activities in allotted time.
